How prices work
Every item has a colored tag. Each color starts at full price, then drops to 50%, 75% and 90% off. The sale colors change every other Sunday. See which tag colors are on sale this week.

Common questions
When does new merchandise come out?
We put out more than 3,500 items every weekday, Monday through Friday.
Can I call to ask if you have an item?
No. Every item is one of a kind and the floor changes daily, so we can’t check stock by phone or online. The best way to find out is to stop in.
Can I return an item?
All merchandise is sold as-is, with no refunds, returns or exchanges. Please look each item over before you buy.
Do you have fitting rooms?
No, we don’t have fitting rooms. All sales are final, so please check sizes before you buy.
Are electronics tested?
Yes. We test electronics before they go on the floor, but we can’t guarantee them. We encourage you to test any electronic item before you leave the store.
Do you sell rugs?
Sometimes. Rugs come in from time to time, so it depends on what has been donated.
Do you buy or consign items?
No. Everything we sell is donated, so we don’t buy or consign.
